Try it first, decide later
You can start a text or video conversation right away without filling in anything. No name, no email address, no password. You get five minutes to try out how LiefdesKlik works, and that time only starts once you're actually matched with someone — not while you're still waiting.
What happens after those five minutes?
After the first five minutes, we ask you to create an account. That can be with just your name and email address (a login link, no password needed), or with a regular password if you prefer that. There's no payment step and no credit card needed — you create an account, and then you can keep chatting for as long as you like.
So why do you need an account at all?
Not to make money, but to prevent abuse. Without any form of account, someone who gets blocked or reported could simply start a new session and carry on as if nothing happened. An account is what makes moderation, blocking and reporting actually effective.
What an account does and doesn't mean
An account on LiefdesKlik is not a public profile. In anonymous conversations your chat partner never sees your name or email address. The account exists to recognize you as the same user, so safety features keep working. If you want to be found yourself, you can turn on Discover: only then do other members see your display name, age, town and approved photos — never your email address.
