Terms of Use
This is a technical starter template. Attach it to your legal entity before commercial launch and have it legally reviewed for the countries where you offer the service.
Access
LiefdesKlik is exclusively intended for people aged 18 and older. New visitors can participate as an anonymous trial user for up to five minutes; after that, a supported login is required to continue.
Conduct
Threats, exploitation, harassment, non-consensual sexual approaches, fraud, spam, doxxing, illegal trade, malware, and attempts to bypass safety or access controls are not allowed.
Text and video chat
Text messages may be automatically filtered. Video/audio is not reviewed by that text filter. Users remain responsible for what they share and can stop, block, or report a conversation at any time.
Moderation
Messages, rooms, or accounts may be restricted when automated checks or human moderation flag a safety risk. Reports may be retained for review and enforcement.
Availability
The service may change or be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security, external provider outages, or abuse prevention.
